We focus on using as much British produce as we can but we do also work with ingredients from around the globe, purely because they are extraordinary and bring our culinary “Modern British” style to life.

 

Chef Rob personally designs and creates every menu to bring the essence of a luxury restaurant experience to the comfort of your own home or event space.

Seared tuna, compressed cucumber, tuna tartare,
avocado, ponzu sauce, tuna taco

 

MAIN

Pan roasted duck breast, confit duck leg bon bon, pomme anna,
caramelised onion puree, runner beans, spiced duck jus 

DESSERT

Chocolate mousse, dulce de leche,
honeycomb, fudge, puffed wild rice
