The ethos at Brown Butter Dining is to offer bespoke luxury & quality seasonal food and service for our clients, in their homes or event spaces, for any occasion.
From a la Carte style dinners, canapés and bowl food, to tasting menus and cooking classes, we create bespoke private dining experiences for all. Event planning is at the heart of everything we do. Turning moments into memories is the ambition for us all at Brown Butter Dining.
Based in London, Brown Butter Dining creates the finest experiences from your home or event space. We work with the best suppliers in the business where no request is too big or small. We have lots of mottos at Brown Butter Dining, but one of our favourites is “make it happen” as building long lasting relationships with our clients is what we love to do. Whether it is a particular food request or a style of service, whatever your needs or wants are, we will always make sure we deliver impeccable service every time. Our experience does extend beyond London, and we can accommodate any event or occasion internationally where required.

A few words from Chef Rob Gazdar
Having dedicated 13 years to the restaurant and hospitality industry, working for many of the finest restaurants and hotels in London, I decided it was time to create my own style of food, dining and service, offering bespoke private dining & events to my clients directly.
Growing up food was always a big part of my life and my passion for eating great food started at a very young age without even knowing. At aged 16 I started my professional journey and over a decade later my love and passion for this incredible industry is still growing every day. The dedication to my craft and learning how to cook delicious seasonal food and deliver a quality personal service has led me to start chasing my perception of perfection at Brown Butter Dining.
